Et & Z with Corbin
Aug. 22nd, 2017 10:26 amIt was the morning after Etoile found himself stumbling to Corbin's. The day had been... A mix of pleasant and soul crushingly horrible.
He didn't necessarily mind that the day prior had been hell. He'd been half-expecting to know that at some point, Gam would betray him. He knew in the back of his mind that he would. Z knew outright that it would happen.
But he kept a pleasant smile on his face the whole day with Gamzee, and then, the façade cracked when he got into Corbin's arms. Z fronted, and was the one who woke up the next day, sprawled along Corbin's side, eyes scanning over his boyfriend's sleeping form, before he slipped away and went to steal the bathroom for the next half an hour.
In a change of fresh clothes, hair still glistening with drips of water and trappings of space, he went to go start breakfast. He was getting good with making breakfast. Pancakes, bacon, and hashbrowns were on the morning's menu, along with some tea he made of his own dried herbs.
